Justin Pate is an Avery Dennison CWI trainer and 3M Certified graphics instructor/installer who specializes in wrap training for all substrates. Justin began car wrapping in 1996 in New York City and, in 2007, moved to Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Over his 22-year career, Justin has wrapped over 3000 vehicles, a majority of them by himself. By closely studying the vehicle graphic installation process, Justin created a highly efficient car wrapping platform called UGIS: Universal Graphic Installation System. UGIS is the basis for the workshops he teaches throughout the world and has been officially endorsed by Avery-Dennison in North America.

In 2014, Justin launched his streaming video platform - The Wrap Institute. TWI has over 1700 videos at over 400 hours. The video library covers all aspects of installation techniques: cars, walls, windows, tinting, floors, electronics and much more. Along with making videos for The Wrap Institute, Justin teaches hands-on workshops across the world.

Zack has been around motorsports since he was a kid. From racing dirt bikes to learning to drive manual in his aunt’s 1999 BMW M3, adrenaline entered his blood and it’s been there ever since. Zack currently concentrates on his 2014 Camaro SS which is built for competition drifting, but his stable includes a 2004 Corvette ZO6 (also built for drifting), and a 2017 BMW S1000RR. Taking his audience with him on his car journey, Zack creates content that highlights taking an everyday commuter and turning it into the most unorthodox American Muscle Drift Car around. He enjoys pushing the status quo and having fun along the way.

Michele is a professional race car driver racing in the SCCA Trans Am series and owner of GRRRacing. At the age of 16, Michele’s first foray into autocross was with a rare MazdaSpeed Protégé – only 5,000 of them were ever made. From there, it wasn’t long before she made the jump to a dedicated race car, a Legends 5/8-scale fiberglass full-fendered NASCAR-inspired vehicle. That powerful car was crucial to the development of Michele’s driving skill, which eventually led her to sign with Scion Racing and really flex her mettle. Most recently, she made her debut in the NASCAR Truck debut at the Circuit of the Americas.

Chad Parrish is a Certified Graphics Installer, Avery Dennison CWI Trainer, 3M Authorized Trainer, President of Graphiti Wraps, and Co-Owner of Wrap Mafia tools. He began his career in 1998 working in a local digital print shop where he found himself running a vinyl plotter and installing vehicle graphics. It wasn’t long after, he got his hands tangled in vinyl, learning different materials, what each of those materials could do, and which ones were best for what applications. Chad founded Graphiti Wraps in 2006.
